When are you open?
We are open on Saturday, Sunday; 11am on Saturday and Sunday, closing at 5pm.
Where has the stock come from?
It’s a mixture of what we can get at the best pricing from wholesalers in Australia and factories from overseas. We opportunity buy goods at the best possible pricing to make sure we can offer you the best deals on quality, brand new products.
Why is your pricing so much cheaper than others?
This question we have been asked many times already. It’s really simple - please remember we buy discontinued lines and specials at great pricing as these goods need to be moved on. Our overhead structure allows us to sell at amazing genuine prices. So when we say you can save hundreds, and even thousands, on normal pricing we know this is accurate. Some customers have acknowledged this already by buying full house loads of products.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we have a subcontract driver Winston with very reasonable rates. Please Note: we only deliver door-to-door and cannot unpack or setup furniture.
Can I pick up the goods myself?
Yes of course. You can pick up during opening hours on the weekend, or even during the week as your goods will be in the dispatch area. You'll need to book in a time for weekday pickups.
Can I buy online?
Sorry we are not quite ready for this. Our stock is also changing very fast, so keep an eye on our Facebook page and online catalogue for new items. If you see something you like, please contact us and we can update you on stock availability.
How can I pay?
You can pay with cash or major credit cards (sorry no Amex or Diners). Afterpay and Zip are also available!
Can I reserve or hold something I like?
Sorry goods are sold on a first in first served basis to be fair to everyone. We have had so many examples of people coming back for an item which has since been sold. Please consider we sell a lot of discontinued lines so generally we can’t get additional stock. In some instances, if there is more available we can order stock which takes between 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the goods location.
Can I buy the item from the warehouse floor?
Yes, as you see it (generally straight from its packaging). and you can take the same day.
Do you do deals or discounts?
We are a “no haggle “ business. When you see the pricing and products you will understand why. Please don’t ask for a discount - if you are not happy with the price then the product may not be for you.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes of course - you will have the manufacturers full warranty (terms and conditions apply).
Do you have parking?
Yes we have ample parking.
Are you easy to find?
Yes very easy and accessible via many major road links – please use Google maps to find us - there's a link on the home page.
Do you offer after sales service & what do I do if I have a problem?
Yes, we have professional tradespeople available to fix any problem that is deemed a manufacturing fault. Customer service is all done online, and we can email a customer service form for you to complete and return with photos of the problem for us to assess. If something needs to be fixed a repairer will make contact with you to make a time that suits. Feel free to email us or send us a message via Facebook if you have any questions.
Are you child friendly?
We certainly are. Please bring your kids and they can spend time in "Alex's Kids Zone" with a Wii, Pay TV, and all sorts of games to play. Better for Mum and Dad and better for the furniture.
